Come late 2023, the upscale German-based hotel management group, Oetker Collection (OHC), will make its way to the coasts of Palm Beach Fla. In a town predicated on wealth and natural beauty, the arrival of OHC’s newest endeavor sits well in the atmosphere of the leisured island luxury of Palm Beach.

In the heart of the palm beaches, the Venita hotel is expected to see its opening in late 2023. It will be the 12th “Masterpiece Hotel,” in the Oetker Collection, sharing in the opulence of its predecessors, with direct proximity to the “Worth Avenue – famed for its designer boutiques, restaurant scene, and noteworthy galleries,” all just a short walk from the beach.

The Venita is the first of OHC in the US, a long-awaited arrival for a company whose clientele has long consisted of 50% US citizens. After consultation with these loyal patrons, OHC determined Palm Beach was the dominant location for entry into the US marketplace.

The hotel, which is nearly 100 years old, features a pastel, pink facade, reminiscent of the light and bright atmosphere of the South Florida Palm Beaches. Such an ambiance will continue its way into the beautiful structure with its highly anticipated interior design done by Tino Zervudachi, part of the prestigious Mlinaric, Henry & Zervudachi, a full-service interior design firm.

Part of the renovations will include reducing the rooms from 53 to 41 to allow for a more spacious and luxurious experience including larger and more luxurious bathrooms. In addition, newfound amenities will include a vibrant dining space and bar. If it’s anything like OHC’s collection this far, it will undoubtedly be a must-stay when traveling to the area. We hope to see you there for a drink late next year.
